Meet Lauren & Alexis
Lauren and Alexis are a best friend duo who met during their time at Southern Miss. These best friends turned business partners aim to bring their outgoing personalities to make every session tons of fun and an unforgettable experience. They began working in the photography industry in 2020 and have served over 200 families in Hattiesburg and surrounding areas thus far. However, their favorite subjects have to be their baby girls!
FUN FACTS: Lauren and Alexis were in the same sorority in college! They live less than 1 minute way from each other, and their daughters have the exact same age gap as they do (down to the birth month)!!

Lauren Martin
Lauren is from Vicksburg, Mississippi, but moved to Hattiesburg in 2012 where she attended the University of Southern Mississippi for undergrad and met her husband, John Lloyd! Together, they have a beautiful blue eyed curly headed little girl named Emma Kate. They have two Brittany pups: Lilah + Lucy, who she treats like they are also her babies. She is an avid sports fan and loves College Football Saturdays, NFL Sundays, spring weekends at Pete Taylor Park, and all things basketball.
Photography has always been a special part of Lauren’s life, as she grew up with her family capturing all of the precious moments. Getting to look back at, and revisit her childhood through photos and videos is exactly what gives her the drive to create these everlasting moments for others! She has a passion for serving people, encouraging love, and making people laugh. Theres mostly likely a 100% chance you are going to laughing when Lauren is behind the camera. She is intentional and loves to capture life’s most beautiful and heart filled memories.
When Lauren isn’t behind the camera or on the computer editing, she is hanging out with her family and friends, curled up watching reality TV, riding her Peloton, or at any and every Southern Miss sporting event. Go Eagles!
Alexis Kulzer
Alexis is originally an Alabama girl, but after moving to Hattiesburg to attend USM, she was here to stay! She is a former teacher who loves people and never meets a stranger. While in the classroom, she fell in love with photography and knew this was where God was leading her next, despite wanting to be a teacher for as long as she could remember. She is married to her husband, Zach, and they have a precious baby girl, Campbell!
Even though she tries hard not to, she has an extreme Type A personality and keeps all things business in order! She handles all communication, timelines, and socials. Along with making people smile and being a total YES girl, organization and a detailed check-list are just a few of the things that bring so much joy to her life… can you tell she’s an Enneagram 2? If you are ever chatting with us and wonder who you are talking to, there is a really good chance it is Alexis!
When not behind the camera or computer, you can find her snuggled up with all the snacks watching Netflix, shopping for baby girl clothes, or outside playing with her family!
